Liam Payne made sure his One Direction band mate Louis Tomlinson's fundraising ball was a roaring success.
Payne, 21, accompanied Tomlinson to the Believe In Magic Cinderella Ball where he donated £50,000 to the children's charity in exchange for getting his face painted.
Sitting in his suit, the Drag Me Down singer waited patiently as his face was transformed into a tiger.
Fans online were quick to praise his generosity - which also saw him win other prizes including a Mulberry handbag after some hefty donations - but the attention soon turned to his tiger face.
With directioners taking to Photoshop, Payne's face appeared on a box of Frosties, a tigers body and more confisingly as the cowardly lion from The Wizard of Oz.
